The number of years a student will spend in the school depends on the class he/she is admitted into.

The school activities starts by 8am and ends by 2pm except for the students staying back for the evening hifdh and Arabic school program which commences by 4pm and ends by 6pm from Mondays through Thursdays.

Memorizing the Quran has to do with the child’s ability: If the student is fluent and above seven years of age, we target two(2) years with the school program If the student is below seven and fluent, we target three years and if the student does not know how to recite at all or weak at recitation, we target four(4) years in sha Allah.

Hifdh ul Qu’ran is the memorization of the whole Qur’an in accordance with how it was revealed to prophet Muhammad(SAW).

Grade means Basic or Primary.

Yes, If he/she can pass the expected exam as stated by the school for the intended class.

There are several Co-curricular Activities that are carried out here in Al-Wasatiyyah Model schools. Some of them include: Speak Right, Healthy Moment, JCI Club, Jets Club, Press Club, Debate, Intra/Inter Classes Quiz, Sports, Excursion, Speech presentation and so on. Every student is expected to participate in at least one of them.

Yes, we provide healthy, delicious midday meal for our boarders ONLY.

Yes, we do. We offer Yoruba language, Arabic language and French language.

Yes, it is. We are also opened to non-Muslim students who are ready to conform with the school rules and regulations.

That is the requirement of the Nigerian curriculum for secondary education.

Yes, non-Muslims can enroll their children in our school. No, there is no compulsion (of worship) in Islam. If a non-Muslim child joins us, he/she shan’t be forced to observe Salat (the Muslim worship). However, he/she shall be told to put on beret while every student is enjoined to dress and behave in conformity with the school ethics.

Yes, there are. Ok. Available are these facilities among others: Well-equipped Ultra Modern Science Laboratories and Catering/Home Economics Laboratory, Library with sufficient books for both students and teachers, Sick bay, Basic Tech Workshop, ICT Room(Laboratory), School Buses, Sport Facilities, Hostel Facilities, Spacious Classrooms and so on.
